Some believe God is has little, if any, interest in man.  This is not the God of the Old and New Testaments.   God incessantly longs to be with us.  “When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you.” (Jeremiah 29:12)  God faithfully hears and answers those who call, and He desires that we faithfully hear and answer His call.  He formed our heart to hear and respond to His call.  Our heart must attentively listen for God’s call.
